ALL vendors must pay the prescribed concession and cleanup fees. The concession fee of $100 includes a vendor space and two admissions. Additional workers need to purchase event tickets. The refundable cleanup fee must be paid by separate check and will be returned upon inspection of the site at the end of the event.

Vendor registration deadline is one week prior to the event.

Vendors are responsible for providing all equipment needed to conduct business. Tables, chairs, power source, etc., are the responsibility of the vendor. Potable water is available onsite. Disposal of garbage into the provided Dumpster is the responsibility of the vendor. Additional garbage bags will be available at the Information Booth.

Vendors must provide proof of liability insurance with ABATE of Oregon, Inc. as an additional insured. A copy of the insurance must be included with the registration form.

All FOOD vendors are responsible for any permits, licenses, and city, state or county fees applicable to their businesses. ABATE of Oregon, Inc. will not be held responsible for any aspect of your business. There is no guarantee of attendance – attendance volume is subject to weather.

Vendors using generators need sound-deadening boards. This is a courtesy to other vendors and campers.

• No solicitation allowed in camping areas.
• No electricity will be provided.
• Potable water is available on site.
• Vendors will not be admitted to site until to 9 a.m. Thursday, prior to the event.
